Hello! Bonjour! Hola! Cześć! Nĭ hăo!
Although I’ve travelled to every corner of the world (apart from Antarctica) and visited 48 countries in my 31 years on this earth—including living, working and studying in 9 cities on 4 continents—I only started writing about my varied experiences and everything they’ve taught me when I moved to a small town in British Columbia, Canada. Although I’ve since moved back to my hometown of Toronto and am no longer a small-town resident, the blog lives on. While I have a multitude of memories to share and countless tips to pass on, I am also humbled by how much I still have to learn and the vast amount of amazing places, landscapes and cultures I have yet to explore.
Even though I’m a professional writer and editor, I never quite followed through with keeping up a proper travel blog while I was abroad, since, well, I got too caught up in . . . travelling. Since at the moment I have more time to reflect and write for pleasure, I figured that it’s better to properly write about my travel adventures now, than never.
This blog is dedicated to my love of travel and all of the amazing experiences it has given me. I hope it inspires worldly exploration. As you’ll notice at the end of some of my posts from 2015, this blog has even allowed me participate in the #HipmunkCityLove project as a blogger ambassador.
Happy travels :)
